The chair and staff urged applicants not to wire funds in response to unsolicited email invoices and to verify any fee requests with the land‑use office.
Commissioners also discussed scheduling: a tentative joint kickoff meeting for the regional housing plan is penciled for Aug. 19 at 6 p.m., intended as a joint planning and zoning session to discuss RiverCOG materials and local statistics. Staff will circulate the RiverCOG packet before that meeting and follow up on outstanding enforcement items.
