The Passaic County Board opened a public hearing on July 14 to receive comment on an updated Project Labor Agreement policy that would authorize the use of a project labor agreement for public works projects valued at $3,000,000 or greater and permit the board to authorize its use on smaller projects at its discretion.
The clerk read the public‑notice information and the board invited any present persons to be heard. No members of the public addressed the board on the project labor agreement; a motion was made to close the hearing and commissioners recorded affirmative roll‑call votes to close the hearing and later adjourn the short session.
The hearing record states it was advertised on the Passaic County legal notices webpage specifying time, date and location.
