Dr. Baker then reviewed the board’s new overnight-field-trip approval process and presented three overnight requests—senior football leadership trip, girls basketball out-of-district travel and an overnight volleyball tournament—and the board approved all three. Dr. Baker said staff will create a one-page guidance form to standardize future trip approvals.
