The City of Humboldt Board of Equalization voted unanimously March 18, 2024 to make no change to the assessed value of parcel #067628 after board members said the property's assessed value had dropped $6,800 from the previous year. Board member Theresa Muth moved that the board make no change; Board member Julian Gambs seconded and the roll call vote was unanimous among members present.
Chairman Ritchy Griepp called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the board noted that Amber Bailey-Froke and Kelly O'Gorman were absent. The board's motion included advising the property owner that they may appeal the assessed value to the county. With no further business the board voted to adjourn at 7:01 p.m. Finance Officer Kristie Ellis attested to the minutes.
