The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board met in special session on Monday, Sept. 9, 2024 at the Humboldt Community Center. Chairman Dave Froke called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; roll call recorded Dave Froke, Mike Lias, Kristi Gambs, and Brad Gibbens as present and Mike Noonan as absent.
Kristi Gambs moved to approve the meeting agenda and Mike Lias seconded; the motion carried on a roll-call vote with all members present voting aye. The minutes note no public comment and no public hearings at this session. The board recorded no new business beyond a recommendation on a variance and a building permit for Cody Heezen and set its next meeting for Sept. 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Chairman Froke moved to adjourn at 6:07 p.m.; Kristi Gambs seconded and the motion carried.
