Humboldt Planning and Zoning board approves Stofferahn building permit for new garage

The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board voted July 22 to approve the Stofferahn building permit for the addition of a new garage. The motion to approve was made by board member Mike Lias and seconded by Kristi Gambs; a roll-call vote recorded all members voting aye and the motion carried.
Chairman Dave Froke presided over the meeting at the Humboldt Community Center with members Mike Lias, Mike Noonan, Kristi Gambs and Brad Gibbens present, and Julian Gambs also recorded as present. The permit approval was conducted as a formal board action during the New Business portion of the agenda and is reflected in the meeting minutes as an approved permit request.
