Board adopts updated Environmental Management fee schedule, citing full-cost recovery

Warren said the updated schedule "will be increased by approximately 28.9," and characterized that as an average increase of roughly 4% per year since 2019; staff also proposed giving the CAO authority to apply an annual adjustment tied to the San Francisco–Oakland–Hayward CPI. Warren said aligning fees to actual costs will preserve program stability and avoid shifting costs to the general fund. The board had no substantive questions and approved the resolution authorizing the fee schedule and policy.
