During a public hearing at the Nov. 13 Humboldt City Board meeting, the board approved variance requests to reduce required setbacks from 40 feet to 39.5 feet for lots at 303, 305, 307, 309 and 311 S Annway St. "A motion was made by O’Gorman and seconded by Muth to approve the variance requests," the minutes record; the roll call vote was unanimous.
The board also approved the replat of Siemonsma 2nd Addition to the Town of Humboldt on a motion by O’Gorman, seconded by Gambs. Both approvals were recorded as carrying on unanimous roll calls. No conditions or amendments to the replat were recorded in the minutes. The matter was presented during the public hearing portion of the agenda and drew no further recorded public objections or requests for continuance.
