The treasurer summarized a set of contracts: a one-year renewal with HVAC provider Enervise; data-support and curriculum contracts; multiple special-education placement contracts; and two contracts with the Warren County Educational Service Center (ESC) for a comprehensive special-education review and broader services.
On the ESC contracts, the treasurer described the larger contract with Warren County ESC and read a figure discussed in the meeting as "4.481," noting it was a couple of hundred dollars less than last year. The treasurer also outlined the range of services the ESC will provide, including mental-health, occupational and physical therapy, speech services and collaborative coaching. Trustees voted to approve the listed contracts by roll call.
Board members asked whether ESC providers comply with Ohio public-school rules; the treasurer confirmed ESCs are treated as public-school partners. No contract amendments were proposed during the meeting.
