Administrator reports Holley Hall deconstruction, Bristol East water project progress and library MOU work

Town Administrator Gregory Faust updated the Selectboard that deconstruction work at Holley Hall and the Library is progressing well. He said there is potential through Efficiency Vermont for discounts on equipment to be installed and reported a preconstruction meeting for the Bristol East water project to work through phasing and internal financing.
Faust said work continues on an MOU to absorb the Lawrence Memorial Library effective July 1, 2026, and that AZ is preparing the MPG for Town Plan work. He reported the Bristol East water line replacement received a Regional Prioritization ranking of Number 2 and said he anticipates a 50% debt reduction for the Bristol East project similar to the reduction previously provided for Bristol West.
