Earlier in the meeting staff provided a brief update on NSL Lofts (referred to by staff as awaiting financing and permit submittal) and listed several upcoming community events: an Arbor Day tree-planting at Tunnel Spring Park, a mural festival and trail cleanup, a spring cleanup, a kite festival, and the Golden Spoke Bike Ride at Legacy Park. Sherry said she had spoken with NSL Lofts about imminent financing for one building and that the permit was expected soon, though the project remained pending at the time of the meeting.
