Selectboard approves temporary ADA portable restroom on Town Green

Meridith McFarland, Recreation Director, told the Selectboard that a portable ADA restroom was delivered to the Town Green following a miscommunication with the vendor Wasted and asked that it remain in place through the fall and be screened with lattice. "Wasted has delivered one due to some miscommunication, and I request the board approve its remaining in place through the fall," McFarland said.
On Peeker Heffernan's suggestion, McFarland will confirm the vendor's scheduled pumping day and said she will work with Wasted on supplying the other portable toilets used in town parks this summer. Michelle Perlee moved to approve placement of the portable toilet on the Town Green as presented; Joel Bouvier seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
