Colchester board awards Porters Point renovation to PC Construction, authorizes letter of intent

The Colchester School District Board of Education unanimously approved awarding the Porters Point Renovation/Addition Project to PC Construction at a special meeting on Sept. 18, 2025. Director Ben Yousey-Hindes moved to award the project and authorize the Business Manager to execute a contract contingent on an agreed final contract; the motion passed unanimously.
