District Manager Chuck Adams presented a memorandum explaining the CDD's obligation under HB7013 (Special Districts Performance Measures and Standards Reporting) to develop goals, performance measures and an annual reporting form. Adams told the board the first report is due Dec. 1, 2025 and that the reporting will likely be considered with the annual budget adoption.
On motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Janice Benedetti, the Board unanimously approved the Goals and Objectives and the Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting Form. Adams said the form explains how the CDD will meet the stated goals and standards required by the legislation.
