Committee members discussed scheduling and by motion selected the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. as the regular meeting date and time; the committee set the next meeting for June 18 at 6:30 p.m. Staff will publish agendas in advance and circulate contract examples and event materials for the committee’s review before the next meeting.
