District official outlines roughly $5.3 million in federal funding and how it—overs programs

"Clover School District receives, here you can see, about 5,300,000 in federal funds," Dr. Dickey said.
Dr. Dickey explained that title funds must supplement and not supplant local funds, described eligible uses (instructional supplies, summer programs, stipends, mental health programming and more), and noted federal funds generally have a carryover period (roughly 20 months) so some carryover is possible but spending windows apply.
