Mark (Doctor) Hopkins presented three short videos and narrated a site tour showing progress on the Liberty Hill elementary site, the 9th‑grade campus, and the new high‑school construction. He highlighted retaining walls, stormwater infrastructure, bus and student‑entry roads, athletic fields and site grading; he also noted HVAC installation and enclosing of the field house.
Hopkins said the district expects to receive a full grading permit soon and reported an anticipated January 7 move‑in for one building and an April move‑in for the high school; he said weather had created minor schedule impacts but there were no critical issues at present. Board members were invited to schedule site visits.
Hopkins closed by saying the Bethany project notice of termination was received and that final notices for track and tennis courts are pending grass establishment and weather conditions.
