Ross ADR opens recruitment; members honor long‑serving chair Mark Krushnet

Staff also read a formal recognition for long‑serving ADR member Mark Krushnet, noting he joined in 2017 and has volunteered nearly nine years reviewing plans and advising on design, massing and neighborhood compatibility. "I just wanna take a moment to recognize and thank Mark Krushnet for his outstanding service to the ADR since joining the advisory design review group in 2017," staff read. Members thanked Mark for his chairmanship and long service.
The group noted the next meeting will include selection of a new chair and that staff will continue work on a previously discussed pool/landscape exception that needs legal review before advancing.
