At the Aug. 25, 2025 Town of Winter Harbor Selectmen meeting the board recorded the following formal actions: approval of Selectmen minutes of Aug. 11 (Approved 2-0); approval of Warrants #8 (8/19/25) and #9 (8/22/25) (Approved 2-0); approval of the Treasurer’s Report dated Aug. 22, 2025 (Approved 2-0); approval of the Tax Collector’s Report and signing of the town tax commitment (Approved and Signed 2-0); approval and signing of a quitclaim deed for Gerrish (Approved and Signed 2-0); approval of sale of the ladder truck for $5,000 and allocation of lobster festival proceeds to the fire truck fund; and a recorded request to set up a public meeting regarding the sale of the old marina on Sargent Street.
The board adjourned at 7:00 p.m. and then met in executive session under 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(A) for personnel matters from 7:03–7:07 p.m. The minutes are signed by Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb. Individual roll-call vote details were not recorded in the minutes beyond the 'Approved' language for several items.
