Lelan Taylor then moved to adopt the ordinance; Jeremy Davis seconded and the adoption passed with the same unanimous roll-call vote. The adopted declaration states, in part, "Mike Wehby is hereby designated as an 'appropriate municipal official' and an 'appropriate city official' for the Town of Mulga, Alabama." The council’s action was recorded in the meeting minutes and certified by Town Clerk Robin Giardina.
