Hebron CFO: department budgets due Aug. 23 as finance committee schedules 2025 review

Chief Fiscal Officer Deborah Morgan told the Finance Committee on Aug. 21 that department budget submissions for the 2025 fiscal year are expected back on Aug. 23 and that she will contact committee members to schedule meetings to review line items. "I am expecting budgets back from each department on August 23rd and then will meet with staff as needed," she said.
Morgan added that the Finance Committee will convene to examine budgets once submissions are returned and that timing will depend on department responses and staff availability. No dates for public budget hearings were set at the Aug. 21 meeting.
