Fenton approves Stonegate Park restroom contract

The Board of Aldermen voted unanimously on June 25 to enact Bill 26-45, authorizing the mayor to execute an agreement with Restroom Facilities, LTD for the Stonegate Park Restroom Project. Alderwoman Huels introduced the bill and the Board granted a waiver for the second reading before passing the ordinance by roll call.
Alderwoman Huels said the project agreement was ready for execution and sought the Board's approval; the motion to enact Bill 26-45 passed with six ayes and two members absent. The Stonegate restroom project had been announced earlier by the Parks & Recreation Committee as an item under new bills for consideration.
