Residents, candidates press council on neighborhood speeding; sheriff offers support

John Farwell, also identified as a candidate in the Special Election, said residents he has spoken to have voiced similar speeding concerns and that some homeowners are willing to host the town’s speed-trailer. The council did not take action at the meeting beyond hearing the concerns; the matter may be raised again for follow-up by town staff or at a future meeting.
