River Ridge board appoints Keith Merrill to vacant seat, adopts officer slate

Chair Bob Schultz nominated Keith Merrill to fill the unexpired Seat 1 term (expires November 2026). On a motion by Mr. Schultz, seconded by Mr. Robert Twombly, the board voted to appoint Mr. Merrill; the motion carried with all in favor. Mrs. Adams, acting as a notary, administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Merrill and provided required ethics and Sunshine Law materials and disclosure forms.
Following the appointment, the board considered Resolution 2025-01 to elect and remove officers. Mr. Kurt Blumenthal nominated the following slate: Bob Schultz, Chair; Terry Mountford, Vice Chair; Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretaries. The resolution also removed James Gilman from the board's officer list. On a motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Mountford, the board adopted Resolution 2025-01 with all in favor.
