Separately the Listers reported total listed real value for 2026 (pre-exemptions) of $410,600,000 and a grand list after exemptions of $390,400,000. Approximately $16.7 million of exemptions relate to Current Use. The grand list increase over 2025 is about $7 million; notable contributors include telecommunications ($1.8M), electric utilities (Green Mountain Power, $2.8M), and the Alice Holway Drive apartments ($1.4M). The Selectboard recorded the information for budget/tax-rate calculations and noted potential grant opportunities for cemetery and other infrastructure work discussed later in the meeting.
