Expenditures noted included Comprehensive Village Plan consultant costs (largely grant-reimbursed), purchase of sand for winter highway use, and legal appeals handled by Salmon & Nostrand. Aileen Tulloch moved to approve the warrants following review; the motion passed unanimously.
Selectboard member Logan Sears asked about costs tied to the Alice Holway Drive sewer pump station. The Town Manager said the town will purchase a transformer for $17,802 that will change electrical service from two-phase to three-phase; Green Mountain Power will take ownership of the transformer and the town intends to seek reimbursement from GMP. The transformer will be added to the town’s grand list and assessed. Town staff noted not all pump-station expenses are finalized because some work remains contingent on the transformer placement.
