Planning Commission signs off on softball field preliminary plat; Joint Use Agreement revised and re‑signed
Summary

Administrator Erin Braband told the council that the Planning Commission reviewed a preliminary plat for a girls softball field at Home Run Baker Park and found it consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. Asst. Town Attorney Jennifer Dindinger reported the Joint Use Agreement required for the softball field project had formatting changes and that President Newnam re‑signed the revised agreement. No further action was recorded at the April 1 meeting beyond these updates and filings.
