Town Manager Judy Frazier outlined multiple operational items. Frazier reported meeting with Herb Johnson regarding Marble Bridge repairs and that the project is awaiting state environmental sign-off; the bridge project remains on target for June if approvals proceed.
Frazier also reported operational tasks and community events: the town hung a new flag at the Town Office, roads and walkways have been swept with another sweep planned after rain, barley is being spread at the WWTF to combat algae, a paving bid is scheduled for May 1, 2026, and the town has advertised for lifeguard and program director positions. The town's Dump Day/Green-up Day is set for May 2, with the first trip free and a $20 fee for a second trip; hazardous-waste hours are 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
