Commissioners approve TK Elevator work order for courthouse repairs, contingent on staff review

Given the operational need for a working elevator, the board moved to approve the TK Elevator work order contingent on Joel reviewing the work order and contract; the motion carried 3-0. Chair commented, "I just thought $19,000 for a wiring harness is pretty expensive," reflecting concern about the price before the vote.
