Jason Currier presented a conceptual boundary line adjustment for Tax Map 238 Lot 3 and Tax Map 239 Lot 32.02, proposing to transfer roughly 20 acres so the smaller parcel would allow a building site for his son. Currier said the boundary would follow natural features and cross a large beaver dam in the brook.
The Board told Currier the revised line must meet the town's 500‑foot marker requirement. Vice Chair Slavenskoj indicated the Board would entertain a waiver for the portion of the boundary that crosses the beaver dam. The item was set for a public hearing on July 20, 2026.
