A motion to approve the waiver for topography on the backlands failed, with Vice Chair Dobroslav Slavenskoj, Ken Egounis and Ex‑Officio David Hostetler recorded as opposing that approval.
The Board then voted to deny the waiver for metes and bounds markings and to deny the waiver for the definition of a private street so multiple houses could share a driveway; both denials passed without opposition. The minutes state, "All waivers were denied by the Planning Board." Finally, the Board unanimously moved to continue the public hearing until a revised plan that omits the waiver requests is filed.
