Planning board approves two resolutions, one with an abstention

The Old Bridge Township Planning Board voted to adopt Resolution 132025 P 95 (Wesley Road) and Resolution 13-2026 P (Elizabeth NJ LLC) during its July 23 meeting. The Wesley Road extension passed unanimously; the Elizabeth resolution passed with one abstention. "Yes" votes were recorded and the board proceeded to the next agenda items.
Clerk-led roll call and recorded votes showed the Elizabeth resolution drew an abstention from Miss Masella; the remainder of members voted in favor. The board also moved to approve the minutes from its June 25, 2026 meeting, with a small number of members recording abstentions as noted in the minutes vote.
