The Salisbury Planning Board approved a boundary line adjustment for Tax Map 238, Lot 3 and Tax Map 239, Lot 32.02 on July 6, accepting requested waivers and leaving several technical items to be completed. Jason Currier presented the adjustment and said his surveyor concluded previously requested boundary markers were infeasible because of wetlands.
Alternate Joe Schmidl raised concerns that the waivers “were asking for everything that would determine if the lot was buildable,” and the board recorded open items including 4(g) (ledge) and 6(e) (metes-and-bounds) for completion before the file is finalized. Chair Loretta Razin opened and closed the public hearing; abutter Mary Heath stated her support. Vice Chair Dobroslav Slavenskoj moved to approve the application with the waivers pending completion of open items; Gary Williams seconded and the motion passed with no opposition.
The board’s action accepts the application as complete subject to addressing the listed open items; staff and the applicant will return final documentation showing the ledge note and metes‑and‑bounds descriptions. The decision does not grant a building permit—final determinations about buildability may depend on the outstanding technical items and any required state approvals.
