Select Board convenes non-public session to review admin applications, seals minutes and adjourns

At 8:10 p.m. the Select Board voted by roll call to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II(b) to discuss the hiring of a public employee. Norman Brown, Terri Lararb and Kevin Meehen each recorded "Aye" on the roll call. The board exited non-public at 8:38 p.m.; Terri Lararb moved to seal the non-public minutes and the motion passed unanimously.
After returning to public session the board directed staff to send letters of thanks to applicants not under further consideration and then adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m. Kevin Meehen moved to adjourn and the motion carried unanimously.
