The Town of Thomaston voted on June 18 to accept Terrace Road as a public street for a distance of 155 feet easterly from its intersection with Tracy Street. The motion was made by Bert Galpin and seconded by Larry Duffany and was recorded as passed in the minutes.
The Warning indicates the acceptance is pursuant to Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation under CGS Sec. 8-24 and the town is acting under CGS Sec. 13a-48 to confirm prior acceptance through common-law dedication, public use and maintenance.
