The budget assumes roughly $2.3 million in annual revenues and anticipated expenses near $2.1 million; staff explained the assessment base ($57.50 per acre‑foot) was derived by dividing the budget by 40,000 acre‑feet of allocation. Project assessments of $14.38 and $41.50 per acre‑foot were adopted for United Water Conservation District and Cuyegas service areas, respectively. The board approved the Watermaster budget and adopted resolutions to levy the stated assessments, with quarterly invoicing to begin Oct. 1, 2026.
