Staff found no detrimental effects during the review process and recommended approval. Council Member Thom DeSirant moved to approve Ordinance 26‑10, Council Member Nicole Handy seconded, and the Recorder called the roll. Council Members Catten, DeSirant, Handy, Uipi and Mayor Jackson voted yes and the motion passed unanimously.
The rezoning will align the property's zone with adjacent parcels and does not authorize a change of use beyond single-household residential standards applicable to R-1-10.
