Nancy, a plan commissioner, moved to reapprove the minutes after noting the omission and said the item had been left off when the agenda failed to download correctly. "There was a project left off," she said in calling the commission's attention to the missing entry. Planning staff explained the omission was caused by the meeting-software download and said they will double-check future meeting packets to prevent similar errors.
The reapproval was procedural and taken by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Commissioners said the correction will ensure the permanent record accurately reflects the business discussed at the May meeting.
