City Manager Richard Braithwaite and engineer Davis Buckley presented a tentative subdivision plat for Parcel ID 002-210-065, describing an extension of Silver Road, lot layouts with half-acre and full-acre lots, required fire truck turnarounds and a green space to preserve a horse trail. Buckley said the design included easements to preserve existing access routes.
Councilmember Denise Taylor, who attended the Planning Commission meeting, confirmed the Planning Commission recommended approval. The council moved and voted unanimously to approve the tentative plat, clearing the way for subsequent engineering, permitting and final plat processes.
