Council approves special-events liquor license for Carlin Alumni Reunion

Feasel said the license would cover a bar at the Saturday night dinner and sales of cocktails at a Sunday morning brunch in the park, and that the committee already had the required insurance and had paid venue and license fees. Mayor Dana Holbrook said he was fine with the request. Denise Taylor moved to approve the special-events liquor license; Brandon Keller seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The license covers the two-event weekend only; the council did not discuss extending the license beyond the specified reunion activities.
