The City Clerk's Office should have access to all city cameras except the chief's office and evidence locker, while police would retain access to police and public cameras not in City Office areas.
The council did not adopt a formal written policy at the meeting but directed staff to set up individual user accounts and to follow the agreed access limitations for expedited investigations.
