The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a two-lot resubdivision for property at 152 Williamsburg Drive (S#1345), a largely technical subdivision with public utilities available for the new lot.
Steven Judas of Cole Civil & Survey presented the proposal, describing the plan to retain the existing house with access from Williamsburg Drive and to create a new building lot of about 7.6 acres with access from Saddle Brook Path. Judas said the new lot will be served by public sewer and a well for water. He told commissioners that staff comments had been addressed and that the revised plans were in good shape.
There were no public objections; the commission approved the subdivision at the business meeting by roll call. The plan advances as a consent-style subdivision with no outstanding technical issues noted at the meeting.
