The Planning Commission approved transfers of conditional-use permits for a drive-through facility and outdoor dining at 8587 Mentor Avenue on July 23, applying conditions for each approval.
Applicant Lydia Dolson said she purchased the business formerly known as Go Go Juice Box and intends to keep operations largely the same while rebranding. Administration noted the drive-through and outdoor-dining permits were transferred to the new tenant and appended staff comments.
The commission approved the drive-through facility with two conditions and the outdoor dining/drinking area with five additional conditions after a motion and roll-call votes. Commissioners confirmed that existing brick protection piers and fencing for the outdoor dining area remain in place as shown in photographs.
