Presenter (S3) told the board he would update the notice and the application and would send modified copies to resolve the objectors’ concerns. “I'll update the notice. I'll update the application. I'll send in modified copies of that to make sure he's in agreement with the contents of the modified notice and the contents of the modified application,” Presenter (S3) said.
The board set the continued hearing date for September 11; members and staff discussed splitting the evening among cases so longer variance matters would receive sufficient time. A board member also cited the 100/120-day statutory time frames that drive applicants to give extensions when necessary.
