Planner to circulate master-plan draft; current affordable-housing number cited at 233

The borough planner (speaker 11) provided a brief update on the master-plan work and affordable-housing review, stating that he had evaluated Department of Community Affairs (DCA) numbers and was preparing a report to attach to the governing body's resolution that must be adopted by the end of the month.
"Right now, it's 233," the planner said when asked about the number he was working from. He said he planned to finish a draft and circulate it to the master-plan committee, possibly hold a short Teams meeting for committee feedback, and present a draft to the planning board by the Feb. 12 meeting.
