The borough engineer told the board the paving program was completed and described the Prince Street drainage project — a DOT‑funded effort to increase pipe size and add storm structures at a low point prone to flooding near a cul‑de‑sac, where stormwater sometimes reaches a resident’s garage. The engineer said a contractor began site clearing and that work would move forward in the coming weeks.
The financial secretary reported operating and escrow totals: $881.25 in operating funds and $773.26 in escrow for a total of $1,654.51. The board moved to accept the financial report and the minutes from the Aug. 14 meeting by voice vote.
