Councilwoman Massaro read the roster of players and team manager and the council thanked coaches and players. "On behalf of the mayor and council and our residents, we honor the courage, determination and success of the 2024 Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan varsity football team," Mayor Thomas Gallagher said in reading the proclamation.
