The school board approved by voice vote a resolution adopting its 10-year Long Term Facilities Maintenance plan for the 2027–28 fiscal year during the July 21 meeting. The clerk read the resolution and, after a brief opportunity for comments, the board voted "Aye" and the resolution passed.
Administrators had discussed the LTFM plan at earlier study sessions and materials were provided in the meeting packet. The LTFM plan was moved, seconded and approved as a standalone resolution; the larger facility strategy and financing plan presented the same evening was a prep-for-action item and will be considered for final action at the Aug. 4 meeting.
