At its June 1, 2026 meeting the Village of Bonduel TID Joint Review Board reviewed a proposed amendment to the project plan for Tax Incremental District No. 2. Kristin Fish-Peterson of Redevelopment Resources presented the change, saying the amendment "would authorize TID No. 2 to make a financial donation to TID No. 3. This provision was intended to be included in the original project plan but was inadvertently omitted." The board did not vote on the amendment.
Adam Pfost, the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College representative, asked whether any funding would be spread across multiple years or provided as a one-time lump-sum payment, what types of initiatives the Redevelopment Authority would fund with the allocation, and whether the increment from TID No. 2 could be contributed directly to the Redevelopment Authority. The transcript records those clarifying questions but no follow-up action or staff direction was recorded. The item remains under review.
