The Board Attorney and staff will provide training; the session is intended to orient new members and review variance procedures relevant to appeals and board responsibilities.
Board members were reminded that the Historic Preservation Board functions as one-half of the Certified Local Government Planning Agency and hears comprehensive plan and Land Development Regulation amendments prior to City Commission action.
